Mokhtar Ismail holds a B.Sc. in Finance and Banking from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA, and has a diverse career spanning over 22 years in the United States. His roles included F&B Director at DAKA Inc., President of MI & Associates, and AllPro Vending Inc., as well as a certified Golf Professional Teacher in Southern California. In Malaysia, he served as President of Dale Carnegie Training (USA) Malaysia and Brunei, training executives from Telekom Malaysia, DBKL, and others. Mokhtar is dedicated to business growth and human capital development, earning trust across industries. Since December 2022, he has led initiatives in Education, Tourism, and Culture in Türkiye for NiLÜFER and TransferMate in Ireland.

Hidayati holds a B.Sc. in Communication (Honours) from Putra University Malaysia. She began her career in corporate communications with Tenaga Nasional Berhad and NTV7, later transitioning to commercial and industrial real estate consulting with SK Brothers Realty and Reapfield Properties for 12 years. As Managing Director of Searose International Ventures from 2018, she moved on to become Principal and Managing Partner for NiLÜFER Asia, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur. Since December 2022, she expanded NiLÜFER internationally, establishing ventures in Türkiye’s Education, Tourism, and Culture sectors. In January 2023, NiLÜFER partnered with TransferMate, a leading fintech company based in Ireland, as the exclusive partner for Malaysia, extending across the Asia-Pacific region and advancing NiLÜFER's commodity trading.

MANAGING PARTNER

Dato’ Dr. Naspu Daud, educated at University Science Malaysia and Manchester Metropolitan in England, earned his DBA from the International Business School of Scandinavia in 2016. His career, beginning in 1982, includes roles with Malaysia's Ministry of Health, Medical Health Services in England, and as Sales Director at World Chain Hotel. Currently, he serves as Vice President of HKT Holdings and Managing Director of Maju Efektif Sdn Bhd. Since January 2022, he has been a Director of Norbibi Churbakas Ltd in the UK. Recently, he joined the Nilufer group as Director, focusing on education, tourism, and culture initiatives in Türkiye.
